An interesting interview ... I am guessing that the majority of the sampling came from US preachers and whatnot since he said "especially here in the States." On a sidenote, I am guessing the sampling on When The Walls Come Down was down by Evergrey rather than taken from some kind of TV program or radio show ... then again, I'm just guessing.
