My Crate Jensens.
I like it.

Drums were all programmed w/FL studio and then kick and snare were replaced with drumagog.

Bass was just my guitar pitch shifted an octave down.

Vocals were just me. whatever haha

What do you think? Should I use this to promote my studio or nah?

p.s. if you like the IR and want to use it, i recommend you take the 1.4 kHz down 7 dB using a parametric.

FFS I wouldn't use that mix to promote your studio. Guitars sound awful.

Sounds like a 50% wet impulse, I don't know, it's so scratchy.

i put a 90ms attack in SIRS. would that affect anything wet/dry wise?

I don't really know why you'd need attack to load this kind of impulse.

Maybe you're talking about predelay, but still, why?
Try it out with spreshigh first and check if it still sounds that way.

You're right. It pretty much was 50% wet.

I took away attack and BAM. away goes the scratchy highs and incomes the realistic sounds.

How loud are you mixing your stuff? The master bus without plugins should be peaking near 6.0 dB. Seems like your guitars are clipping.

It sounds like it's exploding every millisecond. I would try something else.

I kind of like the tune of the song, its chaotic! but the sound I'm not so sure about, you've got to turn it down man!
