RE: An Axe to Grind Compilation

On the 13th of September, 2004, Rock M. Hard Records, an independent label based in Phillipsburg, MO made public the release of their first heavy metal compilation, entitled appropriately, An Axe to Grind.
The release, which boasts the description of A collection of unique heavy metal interpretation fulfills that promise with artists from across the United States, each with their own unique and very different view of what heavy metal is supposed to be, and each with one thing in common: the music is definitely heavy metal, definitely hardcore, and all of it is from the underground. There are no slackers on this compilation, each of the songs portrayed is excellent, and the bands themselves all present themselves professionally.
The album boasts links and contact information for every artist, excellent underground style artwork, professionally printed disks, and a narrated track listing on the disk itself.
