I have the rokit 6, the 8s would have been way too much for my neighboors haha 
The first hours of listening I had the feeling of being behind a wall...My old computers were really trebly, so I think that because the rokit 6 were flatter they had really less treble, thats why I had the feeling of being behind a wall. But now that I'm used to them I really love them.
