New Raven album !

Just got my hands on a copy of the new Raven album "Walk through fire". It will be released only in Japan for the moment, wich is crazy becouse it sounds very solid! Some songs lean a bit more towards classic Heavy Metal now and than but with alot of sharp "ravenous" edges! John's vocals are awesome, still some high pitch screams, but his voice has become alot better in the middle regions !

Yep it sounds good. Although so far as I heard it the first 3 songs are great and the songs later on are a bit more mundane.

Perhaps I have to listen a bit more.

you're right, the first 3 songs are the most solid, and a few at the end. But overall a good album !

I might have to see if this will be issued in North America, I haven't heard anything from Raven since Nothing Exceeds Like Excess, I think that was the name....
