NEW RELEASES...what is your hot pick of the week?

Since I do other things in this business, besides, singing, producing, running a label....like look for hot new releases to distributute and get out to the masses, via my network, I would really appreciate your tips, myspace or website links and youtube vid's preferred, let the music talk, a little opinion here, but I will assume your posting these things because they kick your ass, this is not a post for...it's OK, or pretty good, no I want, "this is kicking my ass" posts ; )

I'm sitting here listening to the new Voyager, and all i can say is these guys... and gals put forth a great effort to follow-up their debut Element V. Anyone unfamiliar with this band really should check them out. And yes, I know they are from Australia, but come on Glenn, PP needs to represent the land down under with such strong talent like Voyager, Vanishing Point, Black Majesty, and Eyefear!

The Irish folk-metal band Cruachan has been kicking my ass lately. They have a great sound. Lots of crunch, and that way cool Celtic vibe that really stirs me. Plus, some nice female vocals interspersed with clean and growly vocals.

I'm surprised they weren't included on the PaganFest USA 2008 tour.
