I don't know about yall but it sounds like the old slayer, glad they got their old drummer back and has not changed much, i have not heard alot since Seasons in the Abyss but i think its a good album, not with Reign in Blood but i think its up there.

A little better than cult, but i'm still not impressed.

This song sounds like a mix between diabolus in musica and god hates us all. Slayers groove riffs could not be any more cliche and unimaginative on the last couple albums. All of these riffs sound exactly the same too. Slayer just is not even close to being up to par with the 80's. You think with time after playing your instrument for so long you could write some decent riffs.

Sounds pretty good, but they have gone too far into groove metal. I would have preferred something different, but this'll work.

I'm not overly impressed with this album either. I normally buy Slayer albums as soon as they come out but I won't be buying this. They really aren't producing anything particularly good any more, since Seasons and this new album seems to continue from where GHUA left off. The guitar sound is shit and overall they seem to me to be stuck in a mid-nineties rut.
Why listen to this when the new Vader or Krisiun is so much better?
