new song roughmix (with some test-vocals)

i'm glad to introduce my new song i've wrote some time ago. many of you guys know i have some difficulties in mixing a song thats pushing in the lower frequncies. maybe you can tell me if this one works for you. please answer me two questions, is this song catchy (why and why not) and from the technical side of view, what can i do better to let it rock!

How did you record the drums? Is it DFH?
The kick sounds too much high, the volume snare is a bit low and the overheads are not good.
I think if you could start it over again, beginning with the drums, you could get a better final result.

This song is cool!
I guess the master volume is still low.
The backing vocals sound a little off-key on the chorus.
