New Track I produced!!!

The band are called 'The Kept', The track I produced is titled 'Cast Aside'. Its very different sound to what I usally get, but I was pretty please with the out come, We used a Triple X for all the guitars and a EBS for the bass.

might just be the myspace player, but the cymbals kinda suck... cant really hear them and when you can it sound like someone hitting a really small keg...

Myspace does tend to destroy the hi-end/cymbals. Sounds cool to me, nice job.

the cymbals are a little not-there...but that's par for the course with myspace playback

i would say the one spot that might need improving could be the guitars...i can hear them just fine, but don't really "feel" them in the mix - of course that's one of the toughest parts about recording metal guitar, and also might be due to myspace

But yeah the cymbals sound fine on my hi fi system to be honest, I dont find I usally have a prob with recording guitars, I just tried to get a diff sound to what I usually have,

Really good job you've done!

The one thing I would change (lower) is the amount of reverb/delay on the vocals in the chorus.
