I don't like how the drums are on this, they should be louder and punchier i think, add a bit more drive to the song, otherwise it is pretty awesome, love his voice!

All I can hear is vocals, guitar and some percussion

always loved his vocals but the production is neither very polished nor very raw, just doesn't fit the music as well as it should IMO

guitars sound like they are from some kind of midi program, especially in odin's tree.

Sounds like they tracked everything either live or separately with just room mics or something. All the elements have a very spacey distant far away kind of feeling. I think it fits this kind of music to be honest. While it's a little distracting, I really love the distant sound of Vortex's vocals in the mix. Very ambient feeling.
