I'm a long-time customer and I have a question about the new website's LOGIN function. The old site required our email address and a password to login, but it doesn't seem to work on the new site.

If we are already an established customer, do we have to re-register with a new Username and Password and create a new Profile?
 
Yes, the new system does not contain anything from the old system, except for the mp3's (to-be linked later) and the jpeg's.

Re-register when you have time. Our new system and the Payment Card Industry (PCI Compliancy) deems it necessary to keep all card transactions between you and your issuing card company (Master Card, Visa, AMEX or Discover). Our database also matches your IP address against the card transaction ID so there is no online fraud in stealing shipped orders or in theft of cards from others.

Once you register and put your first order thru, you can of course call and place phone orders, as long as we have 1 order with correct details that have been put thru our online database.
