It's been almost four years since the first incarnation of Powerfest took place back in 2000, and the time has finally come to once again showcase some of the best underground metal acts from around the US in one of the best metal cities!

Acts confirmed for Powerfest 2004 are:

NOVEMBERS DOOM (IL)
ENERTIA (NY)
DIVISION (VA)
ANTITHESIS (OH)
TALAMASCA (WI)
EDEN'S FALL (IL)

One or two more acts to be confirmed...

Many details are still being worked out, so stay tuned to www.chicagopowerfest.com for all the latest updates, ticket info, lodging info, etc. Tickets will go on sale just after the New Year begins, and will be priced quite reasonably. The venue is small, so ticket sales will be limited to 300. Also, this will be an over 21 event, and we apologize to those who are under age.

This is going to be a good show, we're looking forward to it. We've played the club in the past (roughly two years ago) and it was a good time. Quite looking forward both Twelfth Gate and Ion Vein's sets and hanging out. Plus, Kelleys is an old haunt of mine so hopefully I'll run into one or two old cronies there.
