It's been almost four years since the first incarnation of Powerfest took place back in 2000, and the time has finally come to once again showcase some of the best underground metal acts from around the US in one of the best metal cities!
Acts confirmed for Powerfest 2004 are:
ION VEIN (IL)
TWELFTH GATE (IL)
NOVEMBERS DOOM (IL)
ENERTIA (NY)
DIVISION (VA)
ANTITHESIS (OH)
TALAMASCA (WI)
EDEN'S FALL (IL)
One or two more acts to be confirmed...
Many details are still being worked out, so stay tuned to www.chicagopowerfest.com (which will be up later this week) for all the latest updates, ticket info, lodging info, etc. Tickets will go on sale just after the New Year begins, and will be priced quite reasonably. The venue is small, so ticket sales will be limited to 300. Also, this will be an over 21 event, and we apologize to those who are under age.
