Here's another old metal band for anyone who wants to check them out. The band is Upper Echelon (from Seattle). It's only an e.p. so I uploaded the complete thing (plus a bio sheet that came with the vinyl).

No more info. They definately sound like they came out of that Seattle sound. Very rhythmic with that vocal style that Queensryche really ended up making popular. The songwriting is good and solid but I think the singer spends too much time playing with his falsetto where it's not really needed. Emphasis where emphasis isn't needed, imo.
