Nightwatch

excellent stuff, i enjoyed all three books. i hear there's a fourth yet to be translated, which would of course be awesome, but the third ends on such a perfect fucking note for the tone of the series that from an artistic standpoint i'm okay either way.

liked the first movie (at least the particular version of it i saw, there's half a dozen); have yet to see the second. really should.

Saw both, Nightwatch is awesome for sure and the main reason I wanted to see...well, WANTED.
Daywatch, while also good takes a bit of a turn for the comedic which I didn't like but is still up there on the scale.

Everytime I see commercials for Wanted, I keep thinking that guy in the movie is the guy from Scrubs. I looked it up and found out its not him, but it still really looks like him in the previews.

and the best thing about Nightwatch is the snazzy subtitles, but that goes in line well with the way it's style over substance.

Well most books are better than the movies as they can get into more depth.
One movie that I feel is better than the book is The original planet of the apes, the movie blows the book right out of the water.

That's because a French man with ZERO ability with the English language wrote it.

Still, I disagree. I think movies have the capacity to excell books in quality and depth.
