NIGHTWISH have announced that they will be holding a special "release-show of their still unnamed new album" in Kitee, Finland at the Icehall on 22nd May 2004.

The band add: "The show will be a spectacle. Nightwish will spend mroe money than never before for the lights and pyros. There another great Finnish band (on the bill) which has made its way to the top of the Finnish music with original sound and music. The name of the band will be released on the middle of February. There will be plenty of foreign and Finnish media on the event so be there or miss it."

No place closer to Maryland.I guess I'll have a llllllloooooonnnngggg caride ahead of me in Aug.

They said they were doing 14 shows and 10 were listed so we still got hope
Chicago would be the closed one for me, unless glenn can convence them to come back witch would be awsome :hotjump:

Definitely! I would love to see them at a PP in the future. Nightwish were amazing at PP4, and I hope I can see them on one of their tour dates.

A tip to all who do not know this information. The tickets for some shows are on sale already! I just bought mine for B.B. King's in New York City on August 22nd. Seven months away and the tickets are on sale now. I couldn't believe it. I had to get it now, though. No way could I miss NIGHTWISH! Check Ticketmaster a.s.a.p. for a show in your area. Blabbermouth.com said the tickets are moving rapidly. Good luck to all!
