I really enjoy the new stuff and am looking forward to Year Zero, to me, they sound nothing like With Teeth, which I think is a good thing. Lots more synthy stuff, it reminds me more of The Downward Spiral style.

The first sure reminded me of "With Teeth," aka horrible pretty simplistic nearly dance pop. And wtf was with the huge monster vocals on the prechorus? The other one was slightly better, I'm still kind of disappointed by the lack of the slightly more organic and less beat-dominated stuff that was on the fragile.

I like basically everything up through the still EP, but I really was not a big fan of With Teeth. "The Fragile" is an especially incredible album.

Had a listen to these the other day. That Survivalism song is pretty terrible, Ive heard another two which sounded decent. I doubt this album will be much more impressive than With Teeth though.

Trent Reznor has always been a great artist in creating sounds with a unique vision, he's always going against the grain of other artists.
