Four weeks left until my final oral exam. Thirteen years of post-secondary education, $3000 just to write the exam, two months notice given to our landlord, with movers set to come and take us to Edmonton in July for a job that I won't have confirmed until I know that I passed the exam.

No pressure. :D

The clinic will be mainly outpatient (community) treament. However, I may also do some part-time work at a mental hospital. As part of my residency, I've been working in one for most of the past five years, so it's nothing new or scary. You just have to know to take precautions, like sitting closer to the door, have a security guard sitting outside if necessary, using restraints if they're extremely agitated. It's rare that I have to use those measures, though, as many of them are either cooperative and agreeable with treatment, or too psychotic and disorganized to be any real danger.

Just don't snap. You don't want to have to lose your job, then have to go visit the guy that took your job.
