noise and noisecore

Hey, this is off topic but I figured I should ask you.
What are some good grindcore bands that best represent the genre?
I've probably never heard "real" grindcore so I wanted to know what I should listen to to get a good representation of the genre.

however, check out Cripple Bastards, best band IMO in the genre.

Yeah I tried to dig that up before posting here but it's not up anymore. Gave Cripple Bastards a listen, it's alright, sounds a lot like Napalm Death (at least the first song I listened to) but I guess they created grindcore so it should.
Thanks for the recommendation. In the future I may get into some death/grind or maybe goregrind.

Not really into noise, but I do like Wolf Eyes and Merzbow every now and then.

Merzbow, Navicon Torture Technologies and Gruntsplatter are about the only noise artists I listen to. I guess Nurse With Wound can also be considered noise depending on which album you listen to.

Gruntsplatter isn't really noise. More like dark ambient imo. Great stuff though.

Not that much into noise (and not at all into noisecore) but Dissecting Table is great. Nothing's noise stuff is pretty good too, and The Grey Wolves. Otherwise I've mostly listened to local underground acts.

Yeah Gruntsplatter is on the edge. But it is more noise based than any other dark ambient I listen to (which is quite a lot) so I count them anyway.
