I was watching TV right? and there's a commercial that pops on advertising New Orleans Louisiana as a good place to get away to. The phone # they showed had the last four didgits of the phone number spelled NOLA. so is that what NOLA as in the Down album means? I got a bet going

Yes, NOLA is short for New Orleans, LA. I live in Mississippi about 90 miles from NOLA. It's a cool place to go for the weekend or to see a show. I saw the House Of Blues show on the Priest tour in January.
