I'm a pilot and yeah, there are sometimes local zones for some period when and where you have not to go because of a particular event, like a missile test, or space shuttle landing. Anyway, the halo is actually huge, I don't think a missile could do it, or it was a big missile and the heat of the propulsion created some air flow at 360° ?
