Norwegian Metal scene...HELP

Hi.... I'm coming to Norway for a long trip ..I'll be starting in the North and go down south - about a month... I'll be anywhere - Alta,Tromso untill Trondheim,Bergen and Oslo... I'm desperate for ANY information regarding Anywhere in my path - just where are the metal/rock/hardcore pubs,clubs..??
And..If anyone knows of any worthwhile Music stores anywhere - especially underground metal stores.. I'll be geatful...
