Yeah, I'm pretty sure. That is directly from the record company that is releasing it.

I just got the 2cd version in and it is in fact a digipak.

They are a scourge among the CD world.

BTW Do you have any A.C.T. - Imaginary Friends by Atlantic records left? I have the other 2 by that company and don't want to change labels, it'll look weird.
