Just a few suggestions... CBR isn't too good, i'd prefer if you used --alt-preset standard or -V 2 in newer _lame_ encoders. These settings have been listened to be "near" transparent. They are called variable bitrate, when the encoder "sniffs" the best bitrate settings and can use low bitrates for parts that don't require more and high bitrates for parts that need it. in 192 you use 192 bitrate all the time, thus sometimes using too much bitrate and sometimes too less. Just my few cents, i'm not going to buy mp3's anyway. If I buy music i want the CD and the covers. Also the price of these mp3 albums is quite high if you look at the cd shop you have there.
