Nylus! My band!

I already posted this on the musicians forum on Ultimatemetal.com, but I thought I should post it here too. We're a thrash metal band from Ventura, Ca. We have all the old school thrash influences (most notably Megadeth, Metallica, Exodus, Testament), with a little bit of our own sound thrown into the mix. Hope you enjoy it. We got some tracks that are sure to make your brain rattle in your skull!

The songs on mySpace had been down of late, so people might not have been able to listen in, but not too often you actually get replies in here.

"Forsaken Grounds" is a nice song, with good double-bass and guitar work, is it an instrumental or just an edited song?

"Raise The Guillotine" has good riffing, nice Bay Area feeling, not the most original sound, but definitely well done, the vocals remind me of a different band, just can't put my finger to it, which band...

So overall well done for a demo, still with room for improvement.
