it's really good. mixed really well and supposedly contains not-a-one overdub or rerecorded part ("you'll hear bob screaming, scott's voice going raw and me dropping sticks." says drummer scott reeder). lots of old and new Fu. it's also a cool set to pick up if you've never heard em before... and unlike most double cd sets, it should run you about the same or a lil more than a single cd.
