I'm off to the library to pick up the book, Popeye's to get some fried chicken, and Jungle Jim's for beer, then I will settle into the Comfy Chair. If my lady and my daughter can stay out of my hair for eight hours, I should have it finished by tomorrow....

nope but i have it. I'm an extremely slow reader well maybe not extremely. It might take me a couple weeks to finish the book or it could take a month or more. I'm buying the GTA double pack for xbox today so I'm gona have to balance my time. I'm trying to finish Terry Pratchett's Pyramids as we speak.

The Illustrations are a little dissapointing. Don't get me wrong Bernie Wrightston is an awesome artist but there are too many pictures of just people. thats no fun. show me some huge fucking bears! and demon doors! Evil Trains! and throw some lobstrosities in for good measure!

i did buy it yesterday and start reading today. i'm about 70+ pages into it, so i can't say whether the whole thing is great. i really like the story though and so far it seems up to par with the other dark tower novels.
In all my life I have nerver read one Stephen King book...I'm a weirdo. I know
