I got a ticket from my older sister and we both went. It was at a concert hall called the Lyric Opera House. We laughed because on the walls were several famous classical composer names and thought they would turn in their graves hearing such music
.
The venue is a nice one, but its not designed for the sheer sound volume of a rock concert. It was very tough to hear Perry sing because the guitar and bass were unintentionally drowning out the rest.
But the show itself was fun, and it seemed like it was Parents Night Out...I dont think there was anyone under the age of 30 in the place
Got in there around 8 and was out by 11 and back to work by 11:30 so all was well.
