Congrats Tim - went to Hawaii about 25 years ago with my family - had a great time. In my early 20's I had given some serious thought to moving there as I had a good friend that had relatives that owned a restaurant on Maui - this was right after I had finished up Culinary Arts School and he had arranged for me to talk with them at length about working for them. Ultimately I decided not to (good thing too as a few years later the medical issues that ultimately lead me to alter my career plans started up), a good job opportunity came up more local and I stayed here in the north east.
