OFF TO SEE CANNIBAL CORPSE! HANGIN OUTAYAS!

Nothing, the show was great, just didn't really get interested in any of their following albums. I still really like "The Bleeding". Songs like "Staring through the eyes of the dead", "Pulverised", etc... great album. Must try and find the CD now........

Staring through the eys of the dead is great. I was hoping they'd play that one but they didn't.

I prefer Corpsegrinder era Cannibal Corpse though...more specifically, Pat O'Brien era Cannibal Corpse.

Yeah, "Staring..." is great. I remember the vidclip when it first came out. I was like, WTF? I liked Barnes use of high screams. Corpsegrinder sounded "boring" in comparison, to me anyway. Barnes didn't seem to pull the high-stuff on any of the Six feet Under albums though. :erk: Pat O'Brien :headbang:

Hell yes! IMO early CC has some great songs, but overall they are quite lacking (especially compared to alot of Swedish DM at the time RIPPA!) Vile and onwards is were the good stuff is at, more specifically 'Gore Obsessed' and onwards :headbang:

And once again I would like to praise the enourmous gargling guitar sound of 'Evisceration Plague'! That is now, officially, my dream DM guitar sound. Too bad getting a Triple Rec is a loong ways away for my poor abused budget.

God damnit, and they are not even coming close to Sweden on this tour. BAALLZZ

No bloody extreme bands come here anymore. It really pisses me off. I guess its just too damn expensive and if you are not one of those gay bands thats always played on Bandit then only 2 people will come out to see you :puke:
the last time i saw CC was on the Kill tour 3 yrs ago? at Klubben :headbang:

The thing that appeals to me about Pat heaps is that he is just such a composed player. On the making of the Evisceration Plague DVD, they talk about how he can play just about anything. I'd like to be 'that kind of guy' in terms of a songwriter and someone who records death metal a lot, but I'm a long way off.

+1 to the guitar sound on Evisceration Plague. I think it sounds fantastic.
