I think it takes great strength for the Japanese to go against their norm and grow their hair long. If they dedicate their life to rock/metal then they're pretty much are letting their family down - they work for life, not metal for life or so their city believes...

My vote stays with the UK Sabbat by defualt as I've not heard much of the Jap one. Thanks for the link.
