Yeah, it's been raining all night long in southern Sweden. But as long as we're all drunk the weather don't make no difference whatsoever. Så glad midsommar alla jävlar på forumet!

Here in Québec, the celebrations will be on Sunday the 24th, the Saint-Jean-Baptiste holliday, Québec's nationnal holliday. Loads of beer will be drunk and huge outdoor shows will happen. The one on the Plaines d'Abraham in Québec City (where the English army won the decisive victory for taking over New France) usually attracts over 500 000 people.

We had our annual Solstice parade in Seattle last Saturday, complete with puppets, trolls, and naked cyclists. I missed it this year, but I've been to it in years past, and I love watching it.

Hell, I'm still waiting for "summer" to kick in here. It's still cool, and sometimes rainy, and JUNE. I am waiting for the hot weather. Not 100+ but a nice 85 degree day would rock.
