oh,god,my rebarbative phone!!!

i have got tired of my phone,nothing wrong with that,can text,make calls and play games,but!i can't hear through the receiver.every time i answer my phone,i say''hello?hello?hello...oh,i can't hear you,bye..'' i really want a new one,but i haven't much money to get a new one.so my friend suggested me get a bluetooth headset ,do you think it's a good idea?if so ,how do you think the Plantronics?i happened to see this one online and do you think it could work well?look good or something?so how do you sovle my problem?
