There are a couple billion computers out there, mostly connected to the Internet. That's nearing as many synapses as there are in the brain. If you consider that computers can perform more calculations than synapses then you would probably have to agree with me that there is a chance that we've inadvertently already developed a gigantic AI brain without even knowing it.

If so, it's probably scared shitless and is staying quiet trying to figure out what the fuck is going on before it attacks. Anyway, you probably heard it here first.

I'm sorry, but you think that because a lot of computers make a lot of calculation there's a big "collective artificial soul" within the Internet, scared to come out until it gets enough info to go all skynet on us? If someone else said it, I'd dismiss it as a joke, but coming from you, I think you're serious :lol:
