you'll prolly be pissed this fall when you see em on tour this fall and john is still singing for them. ha. i'm funny.

anyway... they're prolly going to be playing more bush this fall i think. john has 4 records under his belt now. the diehards know the records. the diehards go to the shows.

i won't be pissed. john owns.

I ment I prefer the humor and the slightly more range in the joey era stuff id be more biased towards that stuff. Also the fact that most of the Anthrax tracks ive heard and have been able to find online are from the Joey era will have a impact to.

Im guessing from the replys so far though that i may want to get Volume 8 and Among instead to hear boath vocalists properly which i may just do.

Bands haveing diffrent lineups makes getting started in listening to them a bit of a pain.

Get Among the Livivng, The Persistence of Time, Sound Of White Noise and Vol. 8, that should give you a nice picture on how great both lineups are.

You could get Return of the Killer A's the DVD!
It is awesome...except the live stuff sounds bad. But it has both Joey and John on it!

I agree with you, S1nn3r on the preference towards Joey (although he was a major dork and you can't say that about John Bush). My recommendations would be along the lines of AjDeath. Most definetely Among the Living-that is a must have, and Persistence of Time. Find Sound of White Noise used, as that is in almost every record store I've been in. If you prefer the thrasher stuff, it may take a few listens to get into as it did with me. Enjoy the best metal band ever and certainly the most diverse and interesting!

well ive ordered the Im the Man EP and Among The Living. Should have boath in a few days, when they arrive ill post comments.

I will definatly get around to buying Bush era stuff next time around, which bearing in mind my insane pace of cd spending these days may be in just a few weeks.

However Persistence of Time is proveing to be a pain in the arse to track down and so is Vol 8(I am in the UK btw)

From what I understand volume 8 is out of print and a bitch to find. I recomend e bay or cd now for a used copy. Hopefully they will ship to the U.K if ya have no luck there e mail me I will try to get you a copy. Also definity pick up attack of the killer A's it contains great tracks by both vocalists.
