ANOTHER awesome doom release for 2005?

Well its not doom, just heavy/epic metal with some power metal moments, very very melodic, with lots of keyboards and influences from Manowar, Candlemass and even Blind Guardian. It has a modern approach (which reminds some euro-power bands) in the melodies, but its riffs are mostly old school-ish. Very good album.

They remind me a lot of Primordial as well...maybe it;s the whole celtic/irish thing going on. Add Lucifugum's Sortilage styled keys in as well.

Yeah sure, I read the review links you posted! Metal Observer linked to two samples, and I heard the first one. Pretty damn good!!! The guitar work is excellent (same guitarist from Mourning Beloveth).

Also, JayKeeley, have you checked out Dantesco, Manilla Road, or Isole yet? If not, this makes four and wtf are you waiting for?
