That clip is from 1996-06-17 - Witchwood - Ashton, UK a very early concert. They play In Mist She Was Standing, Advent and Forest of October. The full clip was on Youtube a while ago. I found it again in a torrent but no one ever seeds it. It's a pretty cool clip, quality is pretty bad, but its Opeth so it's watchable. Yes it is Johan DeFarfalla and Anders Nordin.
