Sorry for the stupid thread title, but it got you here didn't it?
I started writing a new song, need your honest opinions on this because this sound/style isn't what I usually make ..

The mix is getting re-done when I'm done writing..
What I've used so far is TSE X50 for the main guitars, Lecto for the harmonics .. Addictive Drums

each segment is great, but it's choppy

1-beginning of 3 awesome
beginning of 3-4 okay? i like it and i see where your going maybe..
4-5 this is a curve ball, not enough tension is built, nice riff whether
5-6 these open string parts seem random to me, maybe to you to
6-7 it stands out on it's own, but good - the flow from the previous riff is comsi comsa

great tone by the way, wish i could figure that part out myself
'n' sorry i couldn't be more help arrangement-wise
there's alot of meat here and naturally i dug it!!!!!
