so i get home and i take my dog downstairs to feed him and i go back upstairs and then i hear some kind of ruckus down there, so i think maybe its vance's way of saying "hey, gotta take a dump. totally pooping" so i go downstairs to take him for a walk and then find out that it wasnt a #2 ruckus but more of a "hey im killing a mouse" thing. gross! i couldnt bring myself to finish the mouse off, so i just put it outside and it limped off.

i totally would have done the same thing. my parents' cat Doc used to bring half-dead chipmunks into the house all the time to play with and we would just let them loose.

pumpkin doesn't kill animals thankfully, he attempts to go after insects until he gives up and goes and lazes around the house again.
