Actually, 20 years ago *tomorrow*, but I know I'll forget to post this when it actually becomes the 20th of September...

Anyway, 20 years ago tomorrow (didn't I just say that?) one Paul Di'Anno left Iron Maiden and Bruce Dickinson replaced him. The material from the first two albums would go on to be unceremoniously butchered by Dickinson in live performances over the next two decades, while Di'Anno's most notable performance since then would be his game of pool in the 12 Wasted Years video.

Really, gee I would have been about to sit my HCS EXAMS I think about this time 20 years ago. Studying along to the dulcite tunes of Sabbaths "Heaven and Hell " Priets " Unleashed in the EAST" and the like. Ahh childhood memories. I don't think I'd discovered MAIDEN until I left school later in the year when I brought "Killers"

Have you heard killers on Maiden England ?
What about Wrathchild on Live at Donnington?
