i dunno man, i never paid attention to this band after "crystal tears" because they caught the matrix virus and started having titles like "future narcotic" and i noped the fuck outta there

but anyway i guess they made a Comeback and it sounds like pretty ordinary melodic death/doom at first like any number of october tides or swallow the suns and also with the regular-ass Metal Production™ but it has a few tricks up its sleeve like 1) Songwriting™ 2) some refreshingly uncommon chord progressions 3) [traces of] Greek Melodicism™



i dunno? try it? posting about music on royal carnage? why? do i even like music anymore?

Yeah I picked this up a wee bit ago, it's the only thing I know of theirs beyond Crystal Tears. I like it, good heavy riffs, perfectly cromulent.

Crystal Tears is the album I put on when my wife doesn't want to hear deathgrowls via Orama. Both of those albums are so fucking good.
