on TBW it's one from the stands.
is it supposed to hint at one certain person or meant rather on a general basis?

Yeah what do you mean? Rephrase!

I think "One From The Stands" must be my favorite song off The Black Waltz right now... it's the last song and the song that sounds the most like the Kalmah we know from the previous album.

Oddly, with Children of Bodom's latest album "Are You Dead Yet?", the LAST song of the album "We're Not Gonna Fall" is the song I find too, sounds the most to their previous albums' style.
