Anthrax needs inspiration. Bush is a great vocalist. The songs were poor. I don't know if the Anthrax well for songwriting is still wet. I doubt they will ever make another great release.

David Lee Roth seems like the type of person that will never run out of something to talk about. Despite his "sticht" he is pretty bright. I think he will be the next best thing to that tall ugly radio guy whose name I can't remember.

Depends.... IE might not be the next Metallica, but they are pretty well established.

I won't hold a grudge. No band ever WANTS to make bad releases. It won't make me buy their "crap" releases though... and it will still make me weary of future releases.

You can say what you want about Metallica "selling out." They did and it sucks, but they not only sold out..... they forgot how to make good radio rock/metal after the "Black" album. They can't write good music anymore. They live on their name only.

I don't think this is going to work out for him. He's funny to a point, but it gets old real quick. Four hours a day of that isn't going to work out IMO.

Tough one. A ton of hype going into OM2. It better be good or they are done. I'm hoping for the best, but I'm not holding my breath. If it's even close to the original it will bring back many old fans.

It will be better than St. Anger. They're will be solos on it. I think these guys had the right idea going into record St. Anger, but got lost in the studio some how(Bob Rock). They need to ditch him and somebody needs to tell James he can't sing! That crooning he has done the last few albums is just horrible. I think I can take Lar's trash can snare drum more than his voice right now. Bottom line...better, but not close to the first 4 albums.

Who knows what Jon Schaffer will do for the next one. I think Ripper will be back if Jon wants him back.

IF it is near as good as their early work, PL and prior, then it will make up for the bad releases, fo me. I'm an optimist, so I hold out some hope...small though it is.

I don't have much faith in them returning to their glory days. If you need a therapist just to tell you when to take a crap....

Never been a big Testament fan, so I'll have to pass on this one.

I don't know if any of you have or have heard the record Lemmy did with Slim Jim from The Stray Cats? Fucking sweet rockabilly record, he does Johnny Cash's Green River and some Little Richard too! You have to hear it...
