Hi all!
Although I've been posting on a few other UM boards for some time, I didn't know this topic existed until now..
Anyway, I'm a guitar player, I've been playing for some 14 years.
I'm also a budding recording engineer/producer, but with no formal education sadly, almost all I know I learnt by myself... :-/
I currently actively play in two bands, Djubrivo (could be translated as "manure" or "fertilizer" ) and Stimulans (expect a website soon). Stimulans plays heavy metal with some unusual breaks, besides that I have another heavy/thrash metal project in mind, but cannot assemble a lineup...
I'm mainly into heavy/thrash metal of 80s and some of the bands I like include Riot, Helstar, Lost Horizon, Jag Panzer, Rage, DoomSword, old Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth, Maiden, Grave Digger, Symphony X, Blind Guardian, Black Sabbath (ANY phase) and so on.
Besides music I really enjoy watching humoristic TV shows, such as Simpsons, Futurama or Monty Python's Flying Circus (I'm a great fan of these) and seeing my fav bands live.
