Open FX offline isn't showing up in Windows 7...

So there's a plugin in all my projects that is causing Reaper to crash... I go to where the project file is, and there isn't an option to open fx offline.

Where can I find this/make it show up?

hi,

open another working reaper-project or start a new reaper-project, then go to file => open project (ctrl-o), select your buggy RPP, and hit the check-box "open with fx offline".
