Hello
I love to use ozone 4 exciter on my guitar tracks and on my master buss

but the problem is on every guitar track it generate really annoying noise when I use Tube and even on 0.5 precent it generate realy annoying noise..

anyone knows how to fix it ? because I like the effect the exciter does on my mix , but it also ruining it.

heres a sample of a guitar track without and with ozone exciter

I've experimented with it on Guitars.
applied at the right part of the mid range in a small dose can give an interesting character.

But I wouldn't be doing it on Band 3 however. you're bound to get some stuff you don't want.

I have limited experience with Ozone at this point but a lot of times when something is mimicking old tube and or analog equipment, the noise that is inherent in those circuits also gets mimicked. So it may not be a problem so much as it is the same noise you would get when using a piece of tube gear.

I don't think you even need an exicter on there, man... Totally unnecessary. If you want brightness, use EQ or dial the amp differently.
