Mayhem Fst is a new summer tour. This year its 13 bands and 3 stages. It is Slipknot, Disturbed, Dragonforce, Mastadon, Machine Head, Walls Of Jericho, The Red Chord, Black Tide, 36 Crazy Fists, 5 Finger Death Punch, Airbourne, Underoath, and Suicide Silence as opposed to Stone Temple Pilots and Serj Tankien who is rumored for Ozzfest this year.

Fail... the only good band on there is Suicide Silence, who has no business touring with that crap.
Ozzfest probably is only going to be a 2 day festival instead of a tour this year.

edit: read Mayhem Fest lineup again... I think it might be the worst tour ever involving metal/nu-metal bands.

The only band listed that retains any sort of skill is The Red Chord, and even they aren't very good.

Well Leviathan is an awesome album. The latest had a few good tracks but overall it was a major disappointment. As far as pop/nu metal bands go, Mastodon is the only I can stand.

Huge FAIL. Worst lineup I've ever seen except for Machine Head. If thats true about Ozzfest I wont be attending any of these shit festivals this summer. I can't wait for Paganfest.

Parady of what? But yes Folk metal is definitely acquired taste. Try the band Ensiferum if Turisas turns you off. Ensiferum is essentially a MDM/Viking metal band.
