Noisey has uploaded the first of three "Back & Forth" videos featuring legendary BLACK SABBATH singer Ozzy Osbourne and his son Jack Osbourne. Check it out below.Asked what advice he would give to his 21-year-old self, Ozzy said: "Don't do drugs. [But I would tell a 30-year old Ozzy] take more drugs. [Laughs]"He continued: "I did what I did when I was 21 and I did what I did when I was 30. But now, I feel better today than I've done in a long time. I'm 66."I work out, I exercise a lot, I go for regular physicals. Call me a hypochondriac, and I don't care. I don't smoke anymore, I don't do drugs anymore, I don't drink booze anymore. And I think that says a lot for why I'm [still] here. There's no mysterious hex from Satan… "To be honest, I really love being sober. People who never smoked pot in their lives think, at my age, a joint wouldn't hurt. But it's the other way around. I've been doing dope and booze since I was about 14. To be clear-headed, and be okay with being okay."During the making of BLACK SABBATH's latest album, "13", Ozzy relapsed back into the addictions that have haunted him throughout his career (he had previously been seven years sober).Ozzy admitted that he relapsed into drug and alcohol abuse in a statement posted by the BLACK SABBATH singer in April 2013 on his Facebook page.Ozzy told The Pulse Of Radio a while back that the many years he spent drunk and high took a toll on his relationship with his kids — especially his son Jack. "The one downside about being the crazy guy of rock 'n' roll was the fact that I missed out on my children somewhat and they missed out on me," he said. "I had an argument with my son one time, and I go to him, 'Jack, what are you moaning at me for? You never wanted for a damn thing.' And he goes, 'Oh yeah? What about a father?' And it just kicked me straight between the legs and I was like, 'Good God.'"
