Interesting facts revealed in the book:
Paul sold his song rights back to the band a few years ago ridiculously cheaply. So basically he get no money when he performs and releases the Maiden stuff (apart from album sales of course)
The band "Killers" was not really Pauls band, and he fought against the name.
He's sick of being associated with Maiden, but the same time makes the very valid point that he was an important factor in getting them where they are today, so it's a bit of a two way street (although the traffic does seem to be going largely one way)
He has done a shitload of drugs. A very big shitload at that.
So, without having finished the book yet, it seems that the whole "hanging on Maiden's coattail" thing is not really his idea at all.
