Slipknot were my favorite band throughout the teenage years, and I passed up a chance to see them last year because "Oh, they'll be back".

Nope, they won't ever be back the same.

I feel horrible for everyone in Slipknot, and especially for his wife who is currently pregnant.
Dammit Paul, why? Why the drugs, man?

damnit I liked slipknot ... at least it was just the bass player , the easiest thing to replace... I don't really feel bad because he OD'd and people who have a great life going like that and fuck it up with drugs are just idiots

Hold on... you don't know it was drugs. Quit fucking over-reacting. It could've been a heart attack or anything random. My dad was 39 when he died of a heart attack, so it is definitely possible it wasn't drugs.

Woah woah woah nobodies over-reacting here, it says on various websites that the early signs of death were that he od'd on drugs. We'll wait for the confirmation.
